Addiction Treatment Insurance

Insurance & Payment for Addiction Treatment

Holland Pathways accepts most major insurance plans. Insurance plans can vary widely even within the same employer, but Holland Pathways is here to help. We will run a free Verification Of Benefits (“VOB”) as a complimentary service to prospective clients. This allows us to verify insurance benefits and then explain those benefits and your financial responsibility to you before you arrive for treatment. Call today and speak with one of our trained Admissions Coordinators.

Holland Pathways accepts most insurance, including but not limited to:

  • Blue Cross & Blue Shield
  • Aetna
  • United
  • Meritain
  • Cigna
  • Medica Connect
  • Tricare
  • ProviDRs Care

Currently, Holland Pathways  does NOT accept Medicaid or Medicare insurance.

Will the patient be getting FMLA Leave while in Treatment?
FMLA refers to the Family and Medical Leave Act, which is a federal law that guarantees certain employees up to 12 workweeks of unpaid leave each year with no threat of job loss. FMLA also requires that employers covered by the law maintain the health benefits for eligible workers just as if they were working.
